UP COMING PROJECT

Access clean and Safe water

Bukomansimbi District in Uganda has been experiencing a water crisis for years, with residents struggling to access clean and safe water for their daily needs. This has led to long queues for limited water sources, and the sharing of water sources with animals, leading to the spread of water-borne diseases and skin rashes. In response to this, a proposal has been put forward to install five solar powered water supply points from boreholes in strategic locations throughout the district. This will provide a reliable source of clean and safe water for the residents, particularly in times of drought. The solar powered water supply points will be equipped with solar panels, a borehole pump, a water storage tanks and a tap, and will be able to extract water from up to 250 meters deep. It is hoped that this will be implemented and the health and wellbeing of the people of Bukomansimbi District depend on it.
